It does kind of look like hell John but, it is good tasting. It's tomato based and the sausage is a spicy one called andouille I usually have green bell peppers and onions in as well as cayenne pepper and crushed red pepper flakes.

It all sounds too spicy for me but hell I will try anything once. Does it come with a side of french fries though ?
Taking my two sons for a curry tonight which I have probably only 3 or 4 times a year. I am however a bit boring and always have the chicken tikka masala, vegetable curry and a peshwari naan bread .. thats plenty for me !! The boys will order far too much, as usual, and then ask for dogey bags to take the rest home probably for their breakfast .. yuck !!

For you John? French fries always come with. I love Tikka Masala with Naan bread. Make it here on the grill a lot. Tonight is chicken fajitas here at Casa Chef.

Ok I can relate to fajitas .. used to eat them alot, since the boys loved them, with salad and a nice dressing !!
Well tonight is Friday so at the risk of being boring .. its a rare rump steak, french fries and breaded onion rings, grilled tomatoes and a peppercorn sauce (sorry kathleen if you read this no I dont make the sauce .. comes ready made in a bag, cut top off and microwave for 2 minutes !! .. lifes too short).

Until I saw the above I had no plans but I will have some fresh fish tonight since that looks so very good and perhaps with asparagus tips, as above, lightly panfried in butter with baby new potatoes .. just need some company now and will cook for two !! Guest brings the wine .. white, dry and crisp please .. Sancerre or Chablis would be great.

Two chicken thighs, sprinkled with garlic, basil, oregano and parmesan baked in the toaster oven, and some blanched asparagus with mayonnaise. (Too lazy to make hollandaise sauce this evening.) If I am still hungry after tht, I'll cook up some green cannonballs (peas)
