I work for the Fire department. We respond to stuck elevators all day. Haven't found anyone having sex yet. That might be especially exciting for the female to see a dozen cops fireman and emt's being all worked up already. I'm sure people wouldn't expect that either, but that is the standard response to a stuck elevator.
