Un-cut, of course. I was born in The USA before the war (WWII) and my family's religion / tradition did not require mutilation of the penis. Why is it that most men in America are circumcised and those in UK are not? I always thought only Jews and Muslims were circumcised for religious reasons ... but America is as much a Christian country as Britain so why is it? Personally though I do prefer a circumcised dick .. much nicer to suck.
Also, never knew there were different levels of circumcision.

Private health insurance became a common employee benefit starting in WWII. It's classed as a preventative procedure. The different levels of circumcision probably depend on the preference of the cutter. Some pull more skin over than others.
