For me it is more about the pitch and quality of the voice that is sexy. Accidents are nice, sure, but give me a sweet sultry voice along with it and I'll start to melt like butter.

As a man that's been fortunate enough to travel extensively, and was partially raised in South America, I've always loved Spanish womens accents.
Quiero tu polla en mi..always got my attention when said in English by some peasant bloused senorita!
My one and only wife was Italian so her accent obviously hooked me..of course the hook slipped out when she screamed, "sei un bastardo barare ... vattene!"
Then my French girlfriend's accent always sounded sexy when she whispered, "me remplir avec votre sperme chaud mon chéri "
So, I have a wide variety of foreign accents stamped indelibly in my brain.
Lately, I've taken a real liking to Dutch..je weet dat ik zou je dan niet weglaten lieverd!
I've taken a liking to a charmer with a Scottish accent recently. Kinda like that, too...a wee bit of a lass with pouty lips and a sharp tongue!
But, those are foreign accents.
In America..it's Dixieland all the way...Kentucky, Tennessee, Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and currently Alabama are high up on my list of accents. Yall'.

I often associate accents with women on the big screen. For example, Penelope Cruz is adorable and is why I like the Spanish accent. Kate Beckinsale is gorgeous and her British accent is the cherry on top. But the accent that always gets me going no matter who it is would be the Aussie's.......OMG!!! I get to hear that beautiful accent every time I use my GPS which is one reason I am smiling despite the crappy traffic....lol
Take an erotic stroll through my vineyard....where fabulous wine is not the only magical elixir *WINK*.......

The Aussie accent is a good one. I really love the Scottish accent mostly b/c of a crush of mine is Scottish and she just gets me going.

For me it would be English, Spanish or french accents. But good to see so many people enjoy our Aussie accent.
