I had a bowl of broccoli-cheese soup and a harvest salad consisting of spinach leaves, finely chopped avocado & tomatoes, walnuts, feta, and dried cranberries tossed in an amazing sweet vinaigrette.

a small hamburger from five guys..... it was wonderful.... lots of pickles..... fries and unsweet tea.... so what if i won't be able to eat for the next couple of days?

well i am trying to lose some waight so i have a nice size breakfast but skipped lunch today. went for a jog instead.
