Earlier today, I got told I smelled like oranges. dontknow

And having just had a chat with a mate who was about to go for a hose-down (not a euphemism), I wondered what Lushies' favourite shower gel scents were.

Mine is vanilla, because it helps me relax, and I always think of cake and puddings and nommy things, which makes me happy.

What's your favourite scent to wash away the cares of the day, or wake you up for the morning?

I wasn't sure whether or not to click on this thread. "Scrubber" means skank where I'm from! evil4

Vanilla's my favourite shower gel scent too, but I also use a pomegranate once that smells nice.

For summer's hot days, watermelon-cucumber. Otherwise sandalwood.

I am quite shocked you aren't stocked up on Gingerbread shower gel by Philosophy. You need to buy it if you aren't already aware of it. They have gingerbread lip gloss too. Check Sephora. I love their product line in general. Very yummy. :)

Personally I tend to veer towards a pure coconut scent or clean fresh ones like rosemary & mint by Aveda or Verbena by L'Occitane. I am a total product whore, especially when it comes to scents. Embarassed

I like Dark Kiss from Bath and Body Works. Flowers and scents are usually like my kryptonite, but this is amazing.

My favorite's are Yardley's Old English Lavender or Burt's Bees Peppermint & Rosemary...
I've used both for years and they don't clash with my perfume.

I love herb scents. I use a rosemary mint shampoo and conditioner. I get tons of comments on how soothing I smell. Working at a hospital, I'm sure I help some people relax with that scent. It really helps make my job easier.

You TOTALLY smelled like oranges!! It was awesome!!

My sister used to buy me this really expensive shower gel, but I can't remember what it was called... I know it was like £40 a bottle and I used to use it very sparingly so it would last longer...

Every time I go into that store, my head explodes from the intensity of all the smells - it's a bit too sweet for me. Love walking by on the street though - it definitely gets noticed.

They do have great bath bombs though!

I love the lavender, lilac or pink peony from Perlier. All made from real flowers.

The Citrus Flowers from Yves Rocher is refreshing and great in the morning.

I should also say... I love Wild Fig and Cassis by Jo Malone. I have the fragrance and I wear it (layered) in the autumn months, but it works as unisex as well and the shower gel is amazing (but pricey). This scent makes me so horny though - if a guy came out of the shower after using this, I would be on my knees for him in seconds. It's probably the only fragrance I've smelled that has an overt impact on my libido - not sure why - just something about it.

I love the smell and the packaging is very cool :)
The scent is fresh fruity citrus with notes of bergamot, summer rose, peach, strawberry, gardenia blooms, jasmine,.
I layer it with their body butter and original pink scent.
It's yummy!!

I eat gingerbread, but lather up in vanilla. I'd be foaming at the mouth if I had Ginga gel, cos I'd be trying to nom it! When I shower in the mornings, I like lemon souffle gel, but vanilla is the usual option, as I'm always so grumpy, I need something to cheer me up. I do have some gingerbread handwash, but I'm saving it. sunny
