I had a rack of pork ribs with coleslaw and macaroni and cheese. I also had an appetizer of Rocky Mountain Oysters. I never had the RM Oysters before. They are surprisingly tasty with BBQ sauce.

homemade gourmet hamburgers .... toppings of some sauteed mushrooms & red onions, cheddar cheese and some sliced avocados on a fresh panini bun! Small salad on the side .... butter lettuce, walnuts, goat cheese and grated carrots. Bon Appetite!

so not wanting to put on the oven .... so .... Chicken Fajitas (made with bell peppers, red onions, zucchini, lime juice, montyjack cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream and spices) with some basmati rice (my go-to rice). I have a pitcher of mojitos ready too!
