Well then, most people can tell when I fart as it clears the room on a bad day for me. Don't do it so often now but used to do it a lot.

Reminds of a phrase my ex used to say there's different types of farts.
Here's how it goes it describes types of farts! You have to say it in a posh English accent LOL
"A viz, a Voz, a rip sh*t-tear arse, an a bubble!" Still makes me laugh now!

Is the brake a hand brake, a foot brake or some kind of muffler? I guess if you can slow down your fart it will not sound near as loud.

its 50/50...I don't want them to be shy or embarrassed to do it...I'd say its more the comfortable thing...and just getting to the bottom of the phrase that "women don't fart"
