There was a post in the 'Ask the Guys' asking how men felt about red headed women. As a red headed guy I have always wondered how women feel about red heads. In my life I have come across some very extreme opinions among women.
I actually had one girlfriend tell me how unattractive she found red headed men. She had started making eyes at one of my brothers that looks like me but has black hair. I almost replied to her, 'If you turn out the lights you will never know the difference.'
Are there women that like red headed men?

I have red hair, freckles and very deep brown eyes. Most of the women that seemed interested in me were always part Celtic but most of them didn't like my looking at them too intently. They said I made them nervous for some reason. It was a friend of mine that was half Mexican and half Irish that told me what made them nervous. She said my dark eyes have a very piercing quality with my red hair and complexion and that makes some women nervous.
I didn't realize this but I have to admit there were times when I unconsciously used this quality to my advantage.

I personally love red headed men. From the ones that I have met, they're very passionate about what they believe in (whether I agree or not) and they have all had a great sense of humor. Since I really don;t like to generalize, in good conscience, I'd have to say that I won't turn a guy away because of his hair color. For me, that's like saying you won't date/fuck someone because of their race or religion.

I like redheaded guys. They're kind of special. Natural reds are few and far between. Like me! A natural red!

About the same as I feel about blonde brunette or bald me. Alternatively, even men of any skin color, think I have tried them all. Why would anyone care?

The colour of his hair does not really matter. I know some incredibly gorgeous red headed men. :) For me there are other appealing factors to the opposite sex than just hair colour. :D

The color of a mans hair doesn't matter to me, all that matters is what is on the inside. You can change the outside but not what is on the inside

I have a really cute baby picture that shows you what I mean about my eyes. If anybody can tell me how to post pictures from an iPad I will be happy to put them here, until then, Ladies, please feel free to post any pictures of red headed men.

Ginger men are very attractive to me. I've never understood why so many people find redheads unappealing. I love it!

I don't like red hair in the slightest. It looks odd to me.

I don't mind what colour hair a lad has. People can't change what colour their hair grows from the roots, even if they dye after it's formed, so even if I had a preference, it would be pointless. How a person acts is what I care about, not their hair colour.
But I always sort of hoped that ginger lads tasted like gingerbread.

If I *was* looking for a man - if you were kind, charming, witty and thoughtful and I wouldn't even notice your hair colour.

I love red headed guys, especially if they're really tall. Don't know what it is about them but I can't get enough. <3

It does not matter to me the hair or eye color. It's more the character I look at.

[pic removed by admin] Here you go WellMadeMale. I agree that this thread was worthless without pictures. I was finally able to upload a picture that really shows my eyes.

Hey... my parents had some woven rugs just like that when I was a kid. They were great for rolling my younger brothers up inside and then jumping on them. Ever do that (have it done to you)? great memories
