In a relationship, he did propse a few months ago and I apparently turned him down. He didn't come right out and say "Will you marry me?" It was "I want to make you a ring." I didn't like the idea of making a ring for me it was a sweet idea but it wasn't practical.
Well it was silliness on my part for not relieasing he was proposing.
