The term gangbang does kind of denote a bunch of frat guys drunkenly jackhammering away at a girl who may or may not be into any of them. There are lots of kinds of group sex, but that's just a crude term. Also, it's hard to engage with more than two or three partners at the absolute most. More than that and people are just taking turns, or getting left out. Either way, it's not very fun for most of us.
