I'm a 19 year old male, who is highly attracted to a 40 year old co-worker of mine...but I can't seem to find a way to approach her about the way I feel...and I am nervous upon how she will react.

Any tips or ideas? Would be greatly appreciated, because I need to let her know how I feel.

if she wasn't a co-worker, i'd say just ask her out like you would a girl for your own age. honestly, asking out a co-worker isn't always a great idea unless you're already getting on as friends and she's given you a clear sign that she's interested in you. if she goes 'ew, no way!' things could be uncomfortable after that.

Bad idea...especially if you're only after something physical. The most you should do is drop hints and let her approach you if she wants you.

If not, you could be opening up a whole can of worms (e.g. sexual harassment) based on just your attraction/fantasies.

Even though you feel like you need to let her know how you feel, this is a bad idea that will only get worse. It possibly will border on sexual harassment as one already said, plus you don't want to blow a good job that you may have and that will most definitely do it.
