As someone said earlier, foreplay should last all day. A sexy text. A naughty phone call. A lingering touch. A look over dinner, etc. The build up is what makes everything better.
Anticipation is needed as often as possible.

There is a time and place for all kinds of sex. Sometimes it's hot simple to ravish each other, or a quickie, or a long lasting session. Over time, you become in tune with your partners body and mood and adapt to what might be the most fun for a particular time or place. But there is no substitue for foreplay when the opportunity is there.
