I'm pondering the wave-particle duality of light. If light and matter both consist of particles, and light is energy, then energy and matter are indistinguishable on a quantum level. Is thought energy? If so what distinguishes thought from matter? Maybe we're all just figments of our own imagination. Or so my boyfriend says. Now I'm thinking about my boyfriend. My attention span isn't very long obviously. If it was I'd solve all of the world's problems rather than spend so much of my time thinking about sex. Now I'm thinking about sex. What am I thinking? Right now? That's a dangerous question, my friend. My mind is a weird place, and the wrong person inside will run away screaming. But, I'm thinking about the paper I have due Monday and how I have no idea how to start it. And I'm thinking about Andrew and how pretty his eyes and smile is. And how attractive he is, inside and out. And I'm thinking about how annoyed my sister is at me for being up so late, typing next to her while she's trying to sleep ;P And I'm thinking about the little niece/nephew I will have soon. And the new baby cousin. And now I'm thinking about my idiotic brother. And now I'm thinking about how my best friend and I are drifting. I don't know why; we're so close. I guess our priorities changed. I'm thinking about a friend I have not spoken with in several weeks and hoping she is ok. I'm thinking about another friend who I OM'ed with earlier and she suddenly just stopped replying. Thinking that I should bugger off to bed. Eyelids are heavy and all. Also, I'm renaming Instant Messages. From this day forth, they are no longer called Instant Messages, they will be known, henceforth, as Jiffy Messages because they take very little time to send but they still aren't instant, hence Jiffy.
