Those pants hanging down is a rather disgusting low class fashion that I believe started in prison, where belts are not allowed. I do believe that fashion does make a statement. It says that the wearer takes it up the ass. Lois Lane and Buz are right on skinny jeans for men. That does make the guy look very feminine. Right now I can't think of any women's fashions that bother me. I do enjoy and appreciate short skirts and low cut blouses.
