I not have a sweet tooth yet when I crave a bit of sweetness, I reach out for Tres leches. A cake made of three types of milk...whole,condensed and evaporated. Topped with fresh whipped cream. Yummy.

Some really nice cheese .. say really ripe and mature stilton or a camembert or brie with some Jacob's cream crackers ... oh and a good glass of red wine or perhaps port .. yummy.

I make a mean Carrot cake with Mascarpone and Lime topping. The trick is to use walnut oil instead of half the butter, as it keeps the cake moist for longer.
I love a great bit of bread and butter pudding but its so easy to get a bad one.

There's one my mother used to make that my wife and I have been known to make on occasion that's known by many names, including "sex in a pan" (my family's less racy name for it was Butterscotch Dessert after the pudding Mum used). This is difficult. Baked cheese cake with a drizzle of chocolate topping, good topping though, not the shit you buy in the store. This is a dinner out dessert though. At home, nothing better than those small individual apple pies with either custard or ice cream, or both...drools..
