Corsets are just fine. It's usually the rest of the sexy lingerie that goes with the corset that is the hottest. My wife has a titless corset. I don't know what you call it, but it is open so her tits are completely exposed and the corset just cups them from underneath. I would have to say yes.
I do work in theater and hit a lot of costumed parties and festivals, but I've always liked them. The professional aspect gives them a bit more turn-on value, but they are intrinsically sexy.

As long as it is not too small, yes corsets and the like are great! I prefer the ones that offer support, but leave the breast available, otherwise have to take it off and get access for foreplay and later!
