For me, my favorite toy is the Lelo Soraya, far and away the greatest sex toy ever!! And yes I have used toys when having sex with others, but not all the time.

my fav toy is the rabbit omg the first time I used it I had to pull my cover off my bed and wahs it it was fucking soaked I would definitely like to expand my toy collection though and I have used toys while having sex the feeling is great

It's a bit more than a toy I guess.
But my fav is my Sybian. Bought in 2004 and getting less and less used as our daughter is getting older, less chance for privicy.
The occasional uses still blows my mind!
