I have a thing against body modification for cosmetic reasons. It even extends to nail polish, obvious makeup, and tattoos. I overlook it easily, but with breast augmentation, it would be harder to overlook. It screams lack of something. In most cases, probably lack of self-confidence.
Sensei's altimeter is reading 9000'. Suddenly the engine noise level drops a lot. The engine on the door side of the plane is quiet. We hear, "Shit! Fuck me!" from the cockpit, then the pilot yells, "Everybody out! Now!" Airgasms Induce Orgasms

Im not a big fan , they look great in a nice top or bra but just dont look that great out of them and dont feel all that either natural so much nicer to look at and feel but each to there own if a women feels she needs them to feel better well its up to her , i wouldnt let my wife do it unless she had for a medical reason but thats just me

Breast implants don't really make any difference to me.
As for the second question, her getting implants to go from an a cup to a d cup, it is her body and her choice. If I love her for being her then her breast size won't change her in my opinion but I would be afraid that she might be looking to trade up after she got the implants. But then all of life is taking chances.

I really prefer all natural breasts. If the girl of my dreams had implants, it wouldn't be a big issue though.
I'd prefer a girl to keep her natural A cups than have implants and become more curvy.

I am not a man as you can tell. And I have what mama nature gave me. However, I have a friend that had enhancement a went from B to a nice full C. She looks wonderful, and I do not think anyone could tell by sight. Feel maybe.
However, for you, guys who only like naturals, I will take her any day.
The girl who started early at this game of sexual pleasure, This girl that never seems to get as much as she wants, at least from the right people. But now certainly the woman that will test all the paths of pleasure with you.

Doll, for the most part I'm attracted to women who are comfortable in their own skin. To have surgery for the sole purpose of making yourself attractive seems shallow and vain. Of course medical and mental health issues are another issue altogether.
I think your question is more strictly based on physical attraction though. A womans breast size makes no difference to me. I can enjoy small breasts as much as large ones. It's all in the sensitivity, not the looks.

Natural is always best. I'm sorry to the ladies who have artificially enhanced their bodies, but natural is always best. I had a gf once with very small breasts and she waned to have them "done" but I begged her out of it. Granted, you may not love what you have, but it's so much better than something so blatantly fake. I apologize if I offended any woman who had it done. I'm only speaking my preference.

I hate to have to say this, because usually im firmly behind natural beauty, but breasts are the one area where natural may not always be the best. Its not so much about size, big boobs are a bonus rather than a requisite in my eyes, and unless the girl literally has a chest like an ironing board, you wouldn't hear me complaining, im more of an ass man, so would take ass over tits any day. What i am thinking though, is how beasts can deteriorate over the years, sagging breasts are, i hate to say it, very unattractive, and theres no way to remedy that without surgery. Ive heard stories about women who have breast fed, and it has totally ruined their boobs, im sure these cases are uncommon, but certainly not unheard of. Not only have i heard of womens breasts sagging after breast feeding, but its also known that if both breasts are not supplied to the baby equally, you can end up with one breast bigger/smaller than the other. Whether a fake breast looks good or not depends on how its done, ive seen some that look great, even almost natural (at least when the girl is stationary lol), but ive also seen some awful ones, where the implant is clearly visable, or the shape of the breast is distorted horribly, so it really just comes down to who's got what implants how and when.....So breast enhancement simply to have bigger tits, not necessarly better, but breast enhancement as corrective surgery to detriorating breasts, absolutely better, almost a must if you want to stay at the top of your game!

We have talked about this at work hundreds of times, If the breast`s are real and do what breast`s are supposed to do then yes that is perfection, But if the breast has to be altered for genuine medical reasons then yes thats to be accepted.However if the implants are for " fun" Then certainly not, Why would any woman want huge big odd looking boobs that point in different direction and look so bizzare .............So we at work have all said Turn off ..........

Complete turn-off. I don't like large breasts personally. I feel sorry for the women who have tocarry them around all day.Nope, I handful is plenty for me.

Like with make up, if you can see it or tell it's there, it's too much. Boobs so big they defy credulity, are a huge turn off. Save it for the stripper pole. Give me moderate size boobs with really tiny areolas and nipples to make me happy!

When you buy a brand new car you buy it with all it's original components right? Some people will go through anything to preserve its originality as long as they can, because it gives value to the car in the long run...
Now I don't understand why it is so hard for some girls to stay as original as they can be? I mean what you see is nice and original. When you change to implants no matter what you do, it looks fake, it feels fake, and believe me, feeling the fake ones is no- fun -at -all. So, be original.
