Not only do I find it a turn-off, and no I would never sleep with that person because of it, but I don't that I'd much want to be friends with a person so vein as to modify their body in such a way. I really think they are revolting and the women who get them are pretty damn ugly on the inside.

 Well i have never been lucky (or unlucky) enough to feel a pair of fake breasts, but from what is seen on the television and in magazines, i find them a real turn off! Of course i (like everybody) could well be swayed if i was presented with them in front of me. I guess what i am trying to say is, natural B cup over false D cup anyday! Callum

I prefer smaller breasts so implants are not needed from my point of view. A woman's body looks best if everything is proportional usually. Everything in moderation is a good motto, so if having implants makes a woman feel better about herself then I say get them done well by a very experienced physician and don't go overboard, just add a little. I wouldn't mind paying for implants if the woman felt awkward or inhibited by her own body, but I certainly wouldn't encourage it.

I know this is a question for the guys, but after reading the responses I cant help but post. First off, I am all natural but have no problem if a woman wants to get implants for whatever reason. I have been with women who had implants and some have felt very natural and some felt like they had 2 rocks on their chest. But I have sex with someone because I like them and not because they are all natural.
I read many posts here from guys saying they would never be with a woman who has implants. My response to that is

Honestly I prefer natural over implants. I do like to look at women who have bigger breasts cause they tend to catch my eyes. Also, if a woman who has implants wants to fuck me, I'm not a fool. LOL. So to answer your question it's a turn on to look at.

Now I don't understand why it is so hard for some girls to stay as original as they can be? I mean what you see is nice and original. When you change to implants no matter what you do, it looks fake, it feels fake, and believe me, feeling the fake ones is no- fun -at -all. So, be original.
Actually when you buy a car you can enhance, go for optional extras or just the basic package. However, I don't think comparing a women to a car is a particularly good analogy.

If they are not well done, I'd have to say they're a turn-off. But I wouldn't dismiss a relastionship out of hand because she has fake boobs. And finally, I'd prefer natural A cups to fake D's any and every time! (I've said it before, 'It's not the size that matters, as long as they respond to kiss or a touch)

This is an interesting topic. One of my ex girlfriends was right up this alley. She thought her boobs were too small, with which I totally disagreed. I wouldn't reject nor force my partner. The main point for me is that a woman feels satisfied with her own body. I have nothing against plastic surgery, nor in this case breast enlargement, until it doesn't go into extremes. I may be disappointed (this may be a bit to strong of a word) if she changed them at first (because she even felt the need), but it's really her choice and not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things... fake or natural, it doesn't really matter. I'm not dating her boobs, but her.

Some girls are flat and get implants to feel more like a woman. Now if you have a nice set already, why change. I have been with both and it is different but still nice and enjoyable.

It depends on the body type and the quality of the implants. I have seen amazing boob jobs during my brief porn career, and I have also seen some terrible ones.

I understand that some women do it to make them feel happier with their appearance, but when you go from an A or B cup to some double D's, its a massive turn off. When women dont know the difference between doing something that looks natural or just doing it for attention, I'd rather watch dung beetles do their thing than look at those...no thanks..

Well I admit I like a good sized pair of breasts but have never had contact with false ones. From pictures I have seen they do appear plasticey (sorry I know thats not a real word) and so I do wonder to the touch whether they would be a turn off or let down ... I wonder if they would get warm like a real pair aswell.

One thing that I haven't seen mentioned here is - What about a woman/girl that has had breast cancer and thus, a mastectomy (sp)? Or someone that has been in some type of accident and their breasts are either disfigured or had to be augmented? Would this make a difference to those of you that are stating that; "It has to be natural, the real thing, or bye, bye"?

Not a deal breaker but, I prefer small natural, over a large false everytime.
That is, if we are talking electively. Surgigal needs (mastectomy etc.) is a different level.
Sex makes the world go around. If two (or more) people are involved, so much the better!

1] They involve surgery, always risky.
2] Women are just fine whatever chest they have; including flat!
3] What does surgically modifying one's body, for vanity, say about a person?
