Grilled chicken, tossed salad. It's squash season! The best way to prepare it is to cut and core it out into quarters place butter salt and pepper in the inside, and microwave it for 15 min. Then to carmalize it, place it on the BBQ for 10-15 min INCREDIBLE! Wine tonight will be a 2009 Zinfandel from Napa Valley - YUM!
