I know this is gonna seem strange, but his posture. The way a man holds himself up says a lot about his level of confidence, which is really attractive to me.

eyes. first thing i notice is the eyes. that was the first thing i noticed w/ my hubby when we met...his beautiful hazel eyes. ^_^
