Except during Football Season, yeah - I definitely spend more time online than in front of the TV.

I spend more time reading than anything else. I have maybe watched a total of 10 hours of TV this year...

Rather obsessed with foruming (not just here) so not watching much TV. Am going to try to browbeat myself into rectifying that issue this weekend, but it'll probably be Netflix or downloaded movies/TV rather than regular cable.

Yes, I don't watch much TV at all, only every now and then does a programme catch my interest.

I do listen to the radio constantly though when I'm on or offline.

Now with audio!!!!

TV licenses are too expensive for a student like me to get one. And there's no point to them as all the shows I'd want to watch are on catch-up anyway. So I don't watch any TV. Unless you count the TV my laptop is currently plugged into, but that still counts as internet because it's being used as a second screen.

The only TV I watch is maybe a sporting event at the bar or a friends house. I own one, but only for when my kids come over to play video games on it.

I prefer the interaction I get here in the forums or the chat rooms. Oh and the stories rock also.....

I tend to watch the occasional series and only turn the tv in for that. Although, the TV is in the warmest room in the house, so I'm spending more time in there just now, but not really watching what's on, if that makes sense...

I live in a semi rural area and use a 3G wireless internet provider, consequently I've got a pretty slow internet connection during peak usage hours. I have a TV next to my computer desk that is on a good deal of the time (broadcast TV only, no cable or satellite) but it's mainly for background 'noise' and to watch the news and weather. I've got maybe a 1/2 dozen prime time shows I try to watch regularly. If the TV isn't on, the stereo is and blasting out mostly my favorite classic rock (see my profile)

actively on line, as in being present rather than just signed on a checking the screen from time to time, yes, though i probably watch an average of 60 to 90 minutes of TV a night, usually just shows i follow, or if there's a good movie on HBO that i missed in the theatres.
