 I've done it both ways but the girl belongs on top. Its just better.

Bottom, because You can pull her down onto your face then ;) And you don't have to worry about crushing them.

I agree with the gulfcoaster... Sides is great, but I enjoy when my guy is on top.. I have more access to his balls and ass.... Love it...

And side to side is amazing!!!! Definitely the best way to do it is with a woman.
