I much prefer the look and feel of natural. Implants do nothing for me.

I would rather feel the real thing and yes some say there is no difference. Hell I would say they have no feeling in there hands...If the lady has had breast removed for a true reason then I would agree that would be the way to go as the padded ones suck for both her and him.

Implants are a huge turn off.

They feel awful , generally look awful and quite often are far too large for the girls frame which makes her look ridiculous.

Not to mention the health risks. A woman with self esteem issues who feels she needs to modify her body like that is a turn off for me.

Natural is alwayts better no matter the size.

If in proportion to the person then a turn on, a lot of people have implants because they are necessary like Transexuals or under developed women that can benefit from surgery.

I am indifferent. I think that if the person with the breasts is sexy, their breast size is unimportant.

icon_smile I love natural breasts. I have never dated or been in a relationship with a woman that has had any elective surgery, much less implants.

If I was attracted to a woman, I like to think that I wouldn't judge her for having gotten implants... just the same as I don't think that I would judge her for getting a tattoo.

My counter-question to Dancing Doll or any other woman, would be... how would you feel if we had no reaction at all. If we liked you the same with or without implants, tattoos, make-up, lifts, tucks, liposuction?

Would it freak you out if we liked you just as you were and were interested in what you thought or had to say?

really? How close minded you are! I had BEAUTIFUL breast before I had kids. I got pregnant and they got so big like three times their size. I was a 34c when i got pregnant. I breastfed both my children. The first chance I get I will be get breast implants. It will make ME feel better about my body. It's hard to see a beautiful body messed up and if I get a chance to restore it I will!

I'd say its a major turn off, because first off, it isn't natural flesh, and secondly it comes of a vain sense of insecurity that shows a person feels the need to have something artificially added to thier body to feel beautiful, and I'm not into that.

If they aren't really obvious they are just as good as real ones, though they do lose a few points in the back of my head for not being natural.

Enhancements should be saved for extreme circumstances. Getting bigger just to be bigger or getting an enlargement because your lover wants to see DD's is both stupid and shallow. I'd rather be with a woman who's comfortable in her own skin. People with shallow outlooks on life tend to treat a boob job like a bandaid. Sooner or later, the fix won't be enough and the issue will re-surface. IMHO

Oh a complete turn off. They should be natural, big or small. Only time there ok is if it's been after a major op, etc.

Surgery for the most part is pretty much always viewed as a last resort. You should be happy with what you're given anyway.

why? why should i? maybe i'm unhappy with my boobs and getting a little extra makes me happy? should i deny myself that because of your judgement? sorry, it's my body - if i want bigger boobs, that's my business, no one elses - personally, i wouldn't actually do it, but that doesn't mean that someone else shouldn't if it makes them happy and i've seen some women that it really looks good on - so back off on them, all of you - stop being so judgemental.

Yeah, the ideal is to like a person as they are (taking into account whatever they have done to change their appearance according to what they find attractive - this includes changing your hair colour, breast size, tattoos, ear piercing, make-up etc). If someone is attracted to you, then it means they're obviously attracted to what you look like... which is a good thing.

As for my thoughts on the topic:

There are very few women that are sooooo natural that they haven't changed at least a little something for whatever reason. Does it make a woman shallow and vain to colour her hair red or put holes in her ears to wear earrings? Or to wear a push-up bra or spanx or something that makes her body look something different than what it naturally is? I don't really see implants as any different - fundamentally - to those things. Especially when it's all personal choice.

Everyone has a right to not be attracted to certain things, I'll say that upfront. If someone can't comprehend being "friends" with someone with implants because it must mean they have an ugly soul as some posters have said, then hey - totally their prerogative. Judging the value of someone based on something so random doesn't speak so well for that person's soul either, though. happy8

Men that worry about dick size? Women say as long as it works right/ you know how to work it who cares? men still think size matters.

Women that wory about breast size? Men say that they look fine- Women still think that men are lying.

But you're right, it's your body, do with it as you see fit. I still think they're fine though.

I don't think it is a case of telling women that they shouldn't choose their boob size. I think the issue is actually whether women should be changing their boob size just to please men.

I actually like small tits. I think they feel good. Big tits are more photogenic but as far as touch goes, anything bigger than my hand is unnecessary as far as I am concerned.

That is not to say that all tits are equal and there is nothing to choose between them. I was with a girl who had had a breast enlargement and then had the implants removed when they started leaking. The result was not good but that is not exactly her fault.

As far as plastic surgery of all types go, I think there are some people for whom it is borderline essential and others who could maybe benefit but at least 80% of the people who have stuff done end up looking no better or even worse. So I really don't think anyone should be bullied into it and having your boobs pumped up to please men is only going to attract the type of men who absolutely don't deserve it.

I prefer real, even if they are small. Of course, medical reasons should prevail.

I was really looking forward to a drink after a hard day at work, I was really keen to frequent my local "Big and Bouncy", upon arrival I was greeted with the following sign..."Closed due to refurbishment"

Oh I do so hope they don't alter the "Snug" too much I like the "Snug", oh well I said to myself I'll have to go to "Perkies" its smaller but well they do sell the same alcoholic beverages and the pies are great...

At the bar I asked (after a cheery hello) for a pint of Carlsberg and just in case a glass of Lambrini (I've heard the girls like Lambrini!) and a packet of pork scratching.

Only to be greeted with "we don't sell Carlsberg, we only have Kronenberg 1664 and we have a lovely Pinot Grigio or if you're feeling flamboyant a fruity little Chateau Neuf De Pap. And we only do nuts, salty none of those dry roasted kind."

Well you can imagine I was distraught, I wanted a beer and a wine, what was I to do?

So I left in a huff and decided to go to Starbucks, the choice is much simpler there, isn't it.

I have an ex who even after being with her for 3 months I didn't know if they were implants or not. They were. My point being, if you can't even tell then hell no they're not a turnoff. The only turnoff is when a woman gets them so overdone that they look ridiculous in proportion to her frame.

Whether they feel amazing or not, the moment I find out they're fake they are less attractive. There are just too many implications about the mind behind them. Why did they feel the need to get them in the first place? Insecurity? Unhealthy body image? Addiction to body modification? Not always the case, but when they're natural all of that speculation goes away and we can just enjoy each other. Plus what type of guy are you trying to attract with your fake boobs?

Implants are a big turn off for me. In fact, I much prefer to have a girl with smaller breast then large ones. Yes, I don't mind the large ones, but something about the smaller ones just seems to make the girl all the more sexy for me. I can't always tell if they are real or not, but it's kind of a let down that a women would do that to themselves. I'm ok with them choosing to do it, but the natural beauty is all gone for me.

I don't mind them as long as they are not over done and still give that natural look instead of looking like two round ballons on her. boobieflash2

My preference is natural. However, if my lover were to get them, it would have to be a great surgical job; too many look like bowls underneath.

If my SO had A cups, I'd take those; if she insisted on implants, I'd want to be sure the results were natural-looking.
