It is like dressing up to go out. We do it to look good for our husband or boyfriend or partner. If he likes the way I look in heels and naked in bed then why not.

I have been known to strip down to nothing but a pair of heels. If they ask to leave them on I will. I do like toatally naked though. One of my biggest pet peeves is a guy that leave his socks on. I hate that lol.

sometimes you just can't be bothered to take them off - it's not the preferred method, but yeah, there are times when taking off my shoes is the last thing on my mind - that said, it's not something i make a habit of.

NO NO NO have to be barefoot, i don't even have a foot fetish but i cant stand leaving my heels on, or a guy leaving his shoes on.
The only time I will ever have heels on in the bedroom is when its requested (begged for :P), and even then they will have to come off soon before they annoy me.
