Altered how? How so? To make us/me look more flattering? All mine are altered in some way. They've all been cropped to cut off my head and most of the room/background. Some I had to lighten/darken the exposure. Some, like my AV, I made into a black and white image. And one I added a third nipple to, but that's it for altering my pics. 
If you haven't, you should read this award-winning story. Fine, fine, I only won a potato, but I'm sure you won't be able to peel your eyes away from it.

The only thing that is altered on my pics that are on lush is that my face is cut out. Other then that the pic is all me. I cut my face out for privacy. Some lushies know what I look like.

Just your traditional zooming and cropping, no air brushing or tweaking. Maybe should have thought to do that before though.lol

Just some cropping for privacy or brightening if they are dark otherwise no alterations here.

I only crop but maybe I should take advantage of the other options that photoshop provides...  Simply making the original black and white and making the dark areas darker creates a more dynamic effect and gives me more definition. I then took that image and distorted it slightly to accentuate my shoulders and chest while maintaining the same width at the hips and then used a sharpen filter. That's just a few clicks in photoshop. Professional image manipulators could do much more

Laughing at this!! Mine have been cropped, darkened, lightened, cropped or whatever, but no actual manipulation has been done (fnarrr)
