And to note another surprise - Detroit winning 6 games. I said this at the beginning of the year and I'll continue to say this. Detroit will be a good team in the next 1-3 years. Detroit is a young, talented team with promise. Look how they finished the year.

I've been behind Seattle for simple fact they are the first team in NFL history to win their division with a 7-9 record. And Sprite, even though I don't know you, I wouldn't mind seeing Seattle reach the Super Bowl

Chicago cheated. that's my opinion and i'm not backing down. Calling up a snow storm was just poor sportsmanship - if it wasn't for that, Seattle would have kicked butt! ok, every team i have picked so far this weekend has lost - my last chance is New England 'our quarterback is hotter then your quarterback' Patriots! Not to sound too obsessed and creepy, but if they cheated, then do we get some sort of a makeup prize, since Seattle should have won? lol

On a tour of Texas recently, the Pope took a couple of days off to visit the coast for some sightseeing. He was cruising along the beach in the Popemobile when there was a frantic commotion just off shore. A helpless man, wearing an Oakland Raider jersey, was struggling frantically to free himself from the jaws of a 20-foot shark. As the Pope watched, horrified, a speedboat came racing up with three men wearing Denver Bronco jerseys aboard. One quickly fired a harpoon into the shark's side. The other two reached out and pulled the bleeding, semi-conscious Raider fan from the water. Then using baseball bats, the three heroes in orange and white beat the shark to death and hauled it into the boat also. Immediately the Pope shouted and summoned them to the beach. "I give you my blessing for your brave actions," he told them. "I heard that there was some bitter hatred between Bronco and Raider fans, but now I have seen with my own eyes that this is not the truth." As the Pope drove off, the harpooner asked his buddies "Who was that?" "It was the Pope," one replied. "Catholics believe that he is in direct contact with God and has access to all of God's wisdom." "Well," the harpooner said, "he may have access to God's wisdom, but he don't know much about shark fishing - how's the bait holding up?"

I've lived my whole life, and that's a while now, less than 100 miles from Green Bay. As a child that meant my heros were Bart Starr, Jerry Kraemer, Ray Nitchke, et al. The 70's and 80's, or as we Packer Fans refer to them, the Lost years. Redemption finally arrived with Holmgren and Wolf and the Majik Man (Mostly forgotten) when a guy named Favre stepped into his shoes due to an ankle injury. Then, as the Farve circus progressed through his 3rd retirement announcement (the one the Packers finally accepted and held him to) we watched Rodgers step in (with more toughness and athleticism than most thought he had) to take the team back to that game who's trophy is named after our own Coach. These have been good times, and Sunday will be an exciting day in my world. What was the question?

Not as much as I was when I was young. I watched the games with my father, which were some of my fondest memories of him. However, Pittsburg is going to be in trouble on Sunday.
Well that's just my opinion, sorry if you don't like.

Yes. I'll get to a few games a year and of course the tailgate party. Looks like the wheels are coming off my Eagles team though. Regardless. I always have a great time at the games.
