I always wanted to open my own bookshop, specialized in fantasy literature. It would be a little shope with an adjacent coffee shop where I'd sell theme based food like fairy cakes pixie coffee and such

In an ideal world, I would make a living as a writer (or maybe a screenwriter). Unfortunately, I'm probably not talented or disciplined enough for that so it shall remain a hobby. I'm working towards becoming a secondary school teacher which is also something I'm very passionate about. I think it could definitely turn out to be my "dream job".

I would love to get back into a dealership running the back end / operations( parts, service & body shop ). I did that for many years but now it seems age becomes a deciding factor over experience

Wow, great stuff.
I would love to own and operate a used bookstore and internet cafe. Somewhere a little warmer than Seattle, preferebly a nice coastal town. A place with wonderful coffee, leather chairs, and stacks of books.
