Seams as most guys don't for the same reason. We are Scared to. Just saying we are Scared is way to hard for us to do. Every time i have ever not got the answer right out i was Scared to give the Answer.

A lot of it boils down to 'trust'. If it is someone you do not know well, there is the fear of rejection/laughter. If it is someone you know fairly well, you may or may not get a straight answer depending on how intimate/personal it is. If it is an intimate question to someone you are intimate with, but on the 'bounds' of common acceptability, there is the worry that you may be answer honestly, but not give the desired answer. I can't speak for others, but there have been many times I have been asked that question, and found out later (sometimes immediately) that it is not the answer she wanted, and I was 'expected' to give a different answer.

For example, I'd be in very hot water if I got asked what I felt about Sammie, and answered "I would love to bed her something fierce." Sometimes honest answers just don't fly.
