I was curious about how guys go about the actual act of cyber sex meaning how are you masturbating while typing?
For the girls, I can get it. There is perhaps sitting on a vibrator, using vibrating eggs, leaving the vibrator in while typing, and so on , which can obviously leave the hands free to type.

I too have mastered this concept. Even though I don't really cyber anymore. But when I did/do it's not that difficult. One handed typing if just saying ooooh or ahhh. For more it can prolong the experience and build the tension to have to stop stroking from time to time to type with both hands. As far as using the dominant hand... I use both hands. For me, I usually just type my responses, which are a good size, and since i can type fast, they don't have much space in between them. Then while the girl reads them and replies, I am stroking hard and fast. After she replies, I repeat the process. It works pretty well for me.
