I go to the gym 5 mornings a week. 1 hour of weights and 1/2 an hour of cardio between biking and treadmill.
I try to watch what I eat and drink, but I do like beer and bacon! Tough love!!

Rowing intervals - try the following

First 2 mins - pace is 2:05/500m
Next 2 mins - pace is 1:57/500m
Next 2 mins - pace is 1:50/500m
Repeat cycle 4 times. Resistance should be between 3 and 4 (said to be actual water resistance)

Then 2 mins rest do 30sec rows with 30sec rest at 10 resistance. 10 reps of that

I do a lot of running - this is as much a meditation as it is a workout. To slip your earphones in, lace up your trainers and just hit the asphalt...
I go to the gym regularly and also like to swim.
More importantly, eating right.

Disaster dating not only rhymes with masturbating - but both require stamina, desire and resolve.

Jogging. I run 25 to 30 miles a week, whatever the weather. It keeps me sane. Also, I'm a bit of a chocoholic/late night snack monkey and it fights off the pounds.

I like to jog, but I've discovered zumba and I'm addicted. I have started going 3-5 times a week depending on my work schedule.

5km walk each alternative day with my 2 beagles. Eat healthy with lots of variety. Lots of water to flush the system.

Oh and the occasional game of Just dance to laugh at my total lack of coordination.

Although i'd love some of those magic berries Nicola was talking about.

I ride my bike to work and back 4 days a week, then do circuits twice a week, and a couple of other classes. I am also mega active so do a lot of lengthy walks......! Couldn't stand not being active, would drive me crazy! :)
