I love breasts. I love big ones but all are great. Any size, nipple placement and color...a lot of factors go into a great set of boobs. However, great breasts don't make the woman. They are a pleasant bonus in a real lover...maybe a bigger factor if you are just seeking a one night stand, but many other personality traits can cancel out the best of breasts.

I am not what you would call a breast man. I have enjoyed the company of women with all shapes and sizes. I've read in this thread about guys that have an issue with augmented breasts. I see it a bit different than a lot of the responses here. If a lady has an esteem issue and changing her breast size can help her feel better about herself then It will probably manifest itself into a more confident individual. Confidence is super sexy in my book. So my answer is no. Breast size is unimportant to me.

Nope boob size is about the last thing I care about in a girl.
Physically, a nice perky ass is the most important to me. Most girls with really big boobs are overweight, so that's a no thank you. What she can do in bed, how is her personality, how she treats me, are all more important than boob size.

It's pretty irrelevant to me. You could have the most perfect boobs in the world but it doesn't count for much if you're as dull as dishwater and you get more joy talking to a brick wall. To me, there are so many other more important qualities than boob size.
