grilled conecuh sausage on a bun... wonderful potato salad.. baked beans... sweet tea.... alll eaten at the lake... late lunch but it was wonderful.....

I would like to say I had lunch at the Y, but actually it was In an Out. Really In and Out. In and Out is burger chain in California.

Sauteed beef, orange pepper and onion over top of egg noodles - with a garlic pesto sauce. The basil was picked fresh from the garden minutes before using it! Mmmm yummy!

I had a sandwich. Plain breid (it's a Scottish thing); Lurpak butter; mature cheddar cheese; creamy coleslaw. It was gid.
