Why do some photos show up on members comment sectio, also in some Forum Topics and others don't. I get the URL from photos, post, sometimes nothing ??????
Is there only a few sites that are allowed on Lush?
Most sites disallow hotlinking, that means, taking the URL of an image hosted on another site, and trying to post it on here. It might look like it works temporarily, because the image is being stored in your cache, but for other people, they will see the broken image icon.
Images which are uploaded to our servers, should always show up. I would always choose that option. It's the polite thing to do, rather than use up another site's bandwidth!
