I've sent in 2 dmca notices to google during my lunchbreak. The more people that do so, the better. I have sent Google his home address, or the one listed as his address anyway. I have some close business contacts in Mumbai, I may have to make some calls depending on the response I get this week. Have to see how smart "Smart Anuj" is

They have stolen my stories as well. In the morning I will follow nicolas advice and contact google but as of now I am considering editing all of my stories to contain the disclaimer . This is unacceptable I have also attempted to join their site under a variety of names but it appears to not be accepting new members now

I highly recommend adding a disclaimer at the start / end of your stories.
Then when people come along and read that the stories have been stolen, they'll head over to here, where the original is kept, and the content thieves will be exposed for the *insert your favourite expletives here* they are.

What is auto-scanning? I think every single Lush author is on that site. I recognised countless of Lushies. All stories are posted with the same date as published on Lush. This is annoying... I know my stories are pretty average but they were written for me and I chose to share them. I don't appreciate them being stolen at all

even tho i am not a writer i think this is a fuckin joke, that these people would create there own version of lush and steal people stories. the authors on here work really hard on there stories to have the posted on here and only here and then find out that they are posted on another site. thats gotta suck for them

They write a program that visits us every 1 minute, if a new story is published here, they copy it, and put it on their site, all done by a computer program. It's the same technique they use for any site, if it's lush, or any other major site they are stealing from. It doesn't matter where the stories are, they will find a way to steal them.

Nobody is visiting their site, and that was never their intention, so it's best to contact the android marketplace and report them there. You may need an android phone to do so.
I have one, so please report the locations here, and I'll file send in reports on their app, until the cows come home.

I'm not sure I can be of any help  Even though I have a android phone and I am a member of the Android Market, I cannot find any of my stories on the application or the website to fill in a complaint with them or google  If this *ahem* person was not stealing stories, he should be removed from the web for incompetence. In case it's of interest, or comes in handy for anyone else:
In addition to painting his forum with my displeasure, emailing Anuj, and writing a public message on his wall, I went to every one of my stories and commented in all-caps that it was my story, and that the site stole it from me.
Maybe he wised up and removed all of our stories; if so, congrats and many thanks, Nic! If not, then it might be that only the squeakiest wheels are getting greased.

As of early this morning, my stories were removed as well as Cumgirl's. It appears he's removed all Lush authors' works and left other sites that he steals from. Good work all!
