I'm getting following message when i open my online friends list "Malware Detected !!" I've attached the image .

I have found the same on a couple of occasions.  Don't open. Just leave it and let it work through. Message your friend and let them know.  If you could, would you? Satan

Go to your friends list page, you can still send im's and pm's from the drop down menu that appears when you hover over their name, this way you don't have to go to their profile. also, if you go to your messages and compose, you don't have to go to their profile to pm them, you can just type their name and the system will automatically find their name and you can safely send them a message.
Now with audio!!!!
