Why do some guys post pictures of women in their profiles? Are they trying to show their fantasy women? If you're trying to attract a woman here, do you think that helps?
I have pictures of women because I like them, it's that simple. Some I like to use as wallpaper on my profile, some are just there because I like to look at them. I'm not here for the sole purpose of attracting someone, so it doesn't really matter to me what others think. Sometimes it can be a good icebreaker.

Personally, I find it a bit odd - as with a lot of things on profiles - but I guess it's one of those Lush things I don't get, like porn gifs and genitalia pics
An ice-breaker? conversation point? Are we that short of things to talk about on a site primarily about the written word? "So I see you like looking at beautiful women... "
