I'm usually on my knees inbetween his legs. It's nice to see his face and he enjoys looking at me doing it.

I prefer being on my knees (usually on a pillow or something, I've knelt on floorboards before and had my knees lock and not been able to get up for a while...) with him either sitting or standing.
I love being able to look up and see the approval on his face.
