Hi Peeps :) Had a couple of questions about LushStories and StoriesSpace, thought I would be best to post them in here. I was not aware that 'The Blue Site' even existing until a Mod mentioned it to me the other day - I think it is a fantastic idea as many of the authors on Lush like to write non-erotic stuff as well. I was just wondering: 1 - Why is the other site not publicised anywhere on Lush? 2 - Would there be any objections to a Lush user advertising a link to their 'blue' profile? (Obviously not the other way around though.) 3 - Is it possible to link the user accounts for both sites to share one login? Or do two, totally separate user accounts need to be created? Liz x 1. we have a spanish language site... http://www.historiaslush.com. 2. no, there is absolutely zero issue with advertising a link to your blue profile - in fact, i encourage it :) 3. you do have to have two separate user accounts, but in my case, i go by the same user name over there and use the same PW. :) hope that helps!

hope that helps! Me too! Oh and you must check out the emergency log off button on the spanish site , that is just priceless!! its in the bottom right corner!!

There was a banner up on the Lush homepage for a while advertising Stories Space but we ended up with a whole lot of adult profiles being set up over there with naked pictures in image galleries and used as avatars. Since SS is for ages sixteen and over it didn't fit with the family-friendly atmosphere we'd been trying to create there, so it was easier just to let people know about the site privately. We were getting all kinds of interesting usernames, too! :)

I love Stories Space. It has a whole different atmosphere and attraction for me. I often seek refuge there when Lush is too much for me. I love the fact that I am able to click on so many stories, and not read about things I find difficult in the way that I usually do on Lush. I love how varied and and humorous so many of the stories are. Humour holds a great attraction for me in my reading, and there is much to choose from there, without having to tip-toe my way through tags to make sure I won't be scared. And there are stories about (non-sex) fairies and funny creatures and stuff. 
I particularly love the space it provides for authors to stretch their other skills, and write stories that do not revolve around sex as the main reason for writing. There is a lot of skill over there that we might miss here, purely for the fact that it requires a different purpose for writing than here. I find it interesting to read stories over there from authors who also write here, too. Seeing the range of talent writers possess always fascinates me, and I love Stories Space for it.
I also love the large degree of separation between the two sites, without blatant advertising. I would hate to see them run together, and just become extensions of each other. I'm happy with the way the two sites are run separately. It works very well for me.

If I only had more time I would join StoriesSpace. Sometimes I go over and read a story by my Lush friends. Unfortunately it is all I can do to keep up here on Lush. Lushstories and StoriesSpace are fantastic sites.
