Grilled Steak Burgers and Home Made French Fries....

How can they be French fries if they are made in my home and not in France?

Who would have guessed that my little tale, the very First one I ever submitted to Lush would be read by so many?
It shocks me a little to realize that it has now served over 20,000!

Vodka sauce? I'll have to try that.

On a freezing cold Sydney night, I'm making up a batch of Chilli Con Carne, with extra chilli in it: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/3228/chilli-con-carne (while listening to the red hot chilli peppers for good measure).

Stuffed peppers! It's effing freezing today, time for some comfort food!!
They are soo yummy, they don't contain beef at all the mixture is ground pork, ground veal, sauteed onions, seasoning and a can of crushed tomatoes. Drizzle a little tomato soup and V8 juice on top and bake - perfection!

Wine - a 2009 Australian Merlot.
