There are so many, but the one that sticks out the most is, Zack Wylde. What is Ozzy really like? What is it really like to play guitar for his band? There are a million other questions I would love to ask him as well.
There are only two that would interest me. A pity both are dead. That would be George Carlin and Richard Jeni.

I think it would be pretty sweet to interview Kevin Spacey or Micheal Shannon
Leonard Cohen. The guy has lived quite a life and is one of my all-time favorite songwriters and poets.
OR
Joni Mitchell. Another songwriter that I admire/adore who has largely abandoned the music biz (because she hates the "biz" part). She did appear at a tribute concert last year and did some interviews around that time, but otherwise is a bit of a recluse now.
