Pros and cons, both.
They say it's always better to be the one who loves most in a relationship. I guess it's because you have the one you want. But with that may come the insecurity that they're always keeping an eye out for the one they really want.
The other way around would be safe, secure and comfortable, knowing that your partner truly loves you. But you could also feel smothered by a sense of obligation and the opportunity cost of missing out on someone who is better suited to you.
As I said last night, don't over think it. You can't rationalise love. Feel what you feel, and if that lands you in a healthy, respectful relationship, then you're golden.
