I have always been into piercings so this didnt shock me but i still wouldnt have it done.
Its normally called a "corset piercing" when an area is pierced with rings like that and tied with a ribbon, its more seen on backs, wrists and sides though, not down there!! lol

Can you imagine some girl putting tiny padlocks on them (looks like there could be anywhere from 5-8 places)? And, then getting super horny and wanting to get going, only to have lost the keys?? OUCH!
