I will embellish my stoties and include things that are more wishfull thinking than what I would do. I do however let my imagination run wild when writing. If readers take my writings as gospel, so be it.
I do try not to affend anyone. But if I write a story to be submitted in a certain cathegory. Incest . bdsm, I take it for granted that the readers will know what to expect.

My version of word (2007) accepts some words that the corrector on the site does not. Should I upgrade word?
Examples, My version (Realise) The site Realize)
(dildo) I replaced with dong, hope it is accepted
( Clit) The site( clitoris)
Please do not interpret this as complaining. It is just the observations of a newbie. I have now learned that the site has a corrector and will use it in the future.

I would not write or read anything that is not between consenting adults. I will write pretty hard scenes I have seen a few.
I will not write about toilet scenes, or anything to do with participant not consenting, rape, or under age persons.
Incest no problem but parents with their own adult children, I would have to consider long and hard. I would have to dream up some pretty unusual scenario like something accidental.

I for one try to see in my head the scene, if at a bar where they are sitting in what position to one another what music if any ect.
If in bed, are they naked, holding each other? or dressed to go out or coming back and sitting, or maybe making out. As air traffic controllers say, I have to first get the picture then I write the scene.
I like to write in the first person a lot and with lots of dialogue
