Good grief is the age of consent 18 in the US? I feel teachers for this age group are more like colleagues unless they use some really outmoded forms of discipline. How can you have rules about this sort of thing and how would you go about deciding age compatibility? Maybe I am misinterpreting but there seems to be an implication in this question that society accepts male masturbation but not female.
