Is this like food shopping or other stuff? I live opposite the shop and live in a block of flats so carrying a lot of bags once a month is not necessary so I shop about 2 -3 times a week. As I have to walk through the shopping centre from the metro to get home it's no real hassle or much extra time. However if it's other stuff like clothes that can have months between and as for on line I don't trust that much so I only buy airline tickets on line maybe every 9 - 12 months or so. Also on line shopping means I have to go and collect it from the post office as I'm invariable out when the mail comes so in one sense that's more hassle but this fear is a bit of a drag as I want to buy a special guitar strap and can only find it on line so I may eventually risk it.

To answer this question I really had to analyze my own behaviour as a lot of it is instinctive. I suppose it depends on what the situation is. If I'm ogling girls on the street or the metro I notice their legs then the rest of their bodies and faces. However if it's in a conversation I only focus on what social interaction is going on and don't really think in sexual terms straight away I just let any chemistry sort of develop like it would if I was making friends with a man. A man friend who is an incurable womanizer once told me ''they like you because you have no side you're so damn wizziwig.'' When I was younger very attractive girls would be sort of daunting but experience has taught me that if you're reasonably behaved and genuinely interested in someone such things are the least to worry about. It's an all embracing thing with me and each one is different and all have their own beauty as I do find women tremendously attractive and would rather have dinner with one than exchange sexual reminiscences with my friends in a bar.

This post has made me smile. I realised that the definition older man seems to mainly mean someone not in their 20's and is referring to young guys in their 30's and 40's.

I feel that there is no moral reason for instilling patriotic pride in anyone. The only reason is practical - that is control. I understand pride in something you have personally achieved but pride in the past acts of people and governments many of which are questionable to say the least has a lot of ethical questions attached to it. There is also the aspect that the kid didn't have any control over his birth so where is all the pride coming from? I, with very mixed antecedents would not have been born unless WWII happened - am I seriously expected to be pleased about that nice little piece of patriotic fervour by all concerned or should it really be indifference as it wasn't my fault?

And that is that women are naturally promiscuous (we're not talking culturally here ) because they want to have sex with as many partners as possible so that a sperm war can be initiated within them so that the 'fittest' sperm is victorious. I must admit to finding some of this thread slightly ambiguous when I think of current fashions in men's facial shaving such as funny little triangles of beard, beards with no moustache or the one I hate the most a couple of days stubble which I personally feel looks unwashed and wonder how female's think of such adorned male faces scrapping away at their tender parts. :)

Speech is in a constant state of flux and meanings do change. Not too long ago ''bad'' meant ''good'' in some street parlance or other so perhaps this is an example of such an extension. Though I must admit these negative words regarding females never seem to have a totally accepted male equivalent such as ''slut''. Personally I would be unable to apply this as I am regarding the other examples.
