This sounds bonkers, but it's tried and tested by me: take the sidepanel off your PC and hide em inside the case, just make sure they don't interfere with the fans or anything.

This. roll em up. ruberband them. stick them in there. Slide the side back on. put a small peice of paper somewhere on it so that if the PC has been moved, the paper will fall and you would know. But i did this to an old PC that i dont use anymore
I did this to hide a pipe and a couple joints.
Another thing you could do is make a flase bottom in a drawer.
