I think that because these are consenting adults, (they can go to war, they can buy a gun, and they can buy porn), then no, she should not be prosecuted. Loose her job, sure but not go to jail. My initial thoughts are how many people is he hosting at these bible studies that it has attracted attention of the city officials? I ask this because these meetings must have caused some kind of trouble or annoyance for the neighborhood for the city to get involved with it.
