Hi to those reading this. I'm Martyn (Martinez) and live on the south Coast of England in Dorset. I'm a professional business owner and love rock climbing, mountaineering and wild camping. I had a serious motorcycle accident when I was 18 which resulted in my lower left leg being torn off at the knee. In those days it was normal to tidy up and have a prosthetic limb but fortunately a surgeon was found to have a go a reattaching. I'm very lucky considering the fate of others both in accidents and wartime but I have no knee joint and only a little movement. I was married and have 3 fantastic grown up children and i also care for another 4 children who are my later partners children. I am fairly sure I should have been a female though!
